Mixing Cream Topping

Mixing Instructions

Mixing cream topping is very similar to mixing flavors, However there are a few key differences.

  1. Cream topping is meant to be mixed one quart at a time, rather than one gallon at a time.
  2. Cream topping is mixed using a 1-1 ration of sugar, to cream topping mix. That means you are going to be adding a lot more of the cream topping mix than you would flavor concentrate. Note: You want your two scoops of cream topping mix to be heaping, not leveled off. That will make your cream thick and delicious.
  3. Cream topping needs to refrigerated after you mix it. This helps it thicken, and extends the shelf life.

The mixing instructions for cream topping (pictured below) are also printed on each canister of cream topping mix.
